Welcome to Go-Prompt (the "Application"), a cross-platform online web application for prompting. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
License Grant and Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application for your personal or commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, resell, or sublicense the Application, or use it for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
User Accounts and Subscriptions
To access and use the Application, you must create an account and purchase a subscription. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the instructions.
User-Generated Content
The Application allows you to create and store user-generated content. This content is stored in ‘browser local storage’ which is a temporary file folder on your computer. The content is not stored online. The content is not accessible by anyone without access to your local computer. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that your user-generated content does not violate any laws or infringe any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of or related to your user-generated content.
User Data and Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Application, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, as well as to object to its processing, as provided under applicable law.

YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION AND THE INTERNET. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Application or any violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You may not assign these Terms or transfer any rights to use the Application.
