2. Q. Is payment secure?
A. Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. 95% of Internet consumers have used Stripe at one point, if you've ever made a non Pay-Pal purchase online or over mobile, it was probably through Stripe. Short answer, it is extremely safe.
3. Q. Is billing automatic?
A. Yes billing is monthly. Your credit card will be charged on a recurring basis.
4. Q. Can I cancel the monthly subscription?
A. Yes click on the cancellation button in the membership area.
5. Q. How do I set up dual display using an iPad or Tablet?
A. Watch Video Manual 5. It will give you all the information you need about using dual displays within Go Prompt.

6. Q. Can I use Go Prompt Offline?
A. At the moment no, but we are developing a Desktop version of the Application that can be downloaded and installed on your laptop. This will not need internet access to function or a monthly subscription to use.
7. Q. What does it mean when it says ‘Not available in all Versions’ on the website?
A. There are different versions of the application with different features enabled or disabled so some functions won’t work in some versions. You'll need to refer to the feature list to check which functions are available in which version.
8. Q. What does it mean when it says ‘Edits are not Saved’ and ‘Markers are not Saved’ in the features list?
A. It means you can use the ‘Instant Edit’ and ‘Markers’ but only in the Prompter Tab. The edits made and markers set in the Prompter Tab will not be retained when you leave that Tab.
9. Q. Is there a Trial Version?
Yes, and almost all the features work, but there is a limit of 100 words that can be used in the Prompter Tab. The Instant Edit / Markers and File Import are also disabled.
